Had some issues with the first buyer which was not the fault of Sue or Kathy. After that was settled everything else ran so smoothly I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They kept me in the loop on every aspect of the selling process. I easily give them a five star rating. When I first met them, I could immediately tell that they knew what they were doing and that I was in the right hands. My mom, who has decades of real estate experience in Florida, was also very impressed. They were clearly knowledgeable and rightfully confident. When they came to my home, they thoroughly looked around and expertly and creatively came up with ideas for making it look nicer for showings. They also did an analysis on the current market to draw up estimates of what the best price to sell my home would be, as well as multiple sales scenarios so that I could be prepared and have a decent understanding of what I'd be walking away with after the sale. The estimates were extremely close to the final figures and were off by just a couple hundred dollars! For staging, Sue and Kathy went above and beyond. I'm a bit of a nerd and do not own any contemporary decorations that the average home buyer would look at without feeling alienated, but Sue and Kathy worked with stagers to make my place look like a model home out of their own pockets. I wish I could have lived there like that, honestly! It was incredible. They also hired a cleaner to make the house sparkle and shine for photos and showings. They actually previously sold the home with the owners before me, and I remember at the time feeling like it looked like a model home. After they staged and cleaned mine, it was clear how that happened. The house got an offer just a day after the first showing, and we were under contract shortly after. Sue and Kathy fantastically negotiated, and in the end, the house closed just a few weeks after being listed at the listing price, cash, inspection waived, and with 45 days free occupancy, which was a boon for my move. The sale could not possibly have gone smoother and less stress-free. If I ever sell again, Sue and Kathy will undoubtedly be on speed dial. I highly recommend them. (December 2022)
